The Board of Directors of Huntsman Corporation established the Sustainability Committee of the Board in 2021. The committee meets regularly to fulfill its purpose of reviewing and providing oversight of sustainability, environmental and related corporate social responsibility and governance matters, strategies, policies and practices as well as environmental, health and safety performance and systems.
