Olin Corporation (NYSE: OLN) and Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) announced Sept. 11, 2026, that the waiting period under the U.S. Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 (the "HSR Act") in connection with the pending merger of the two companies has expired.
