In 2005, we opened the Huntsman Advanced Technology Center (HATC) in The Woodlands, Texas, approximately 35 miles north of Houston. Almost 300 employees and contractors are employed in this 220,000-square-foot research and development site. HATC is Huntsman’s primary R&D center in the Americas and one of four major regional R&D sites globally.
