Huntsman Announces Details of 2010 Annual Meeting

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) today announced that it will hold its 2010 annual meeting of stockholders on May 6, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. local time, at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center, 1601 Lake Robbins Drive, The Woodlands, Texas.  Holders of record as of the close of business on March 10, 2010 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
